One-on-one training sessions are designed to inspire clients to focus on themselves and their specific fitness goals. I am fortunate enough to have access to two private gyms fitted with high-end equipment. Having access to these facilities helps to enhance client focus and minimise the distractions associated with big commercial gyms.

Once you have made initial contact I will book you a FREE consultation. The consultation is very relaxed and you won’t be expected to do anything physical, this is one to one where you will discuss your goals, exercise history, injuries, illnesses, nutrition. This consultation will give me the building blocks I need to develop training programs tailored to your needs to accelerate you towards your goals.

FITNESS BOOTCAMPS
Before images of drill sergeants pop into your head, know that most boot camps have dropped the yelling thing and realise that bootcamp is more than just push-ups and running (although it is a lot of push-ups and running). It's a full-body, physically and mentally challenging workout with a community of like-minded people to cheer you on.

Not only can boot camp give you the metabolic boost you need to finally lose weight and get in the best shape of your life, it can also hold you accountable and make you mentally stronger. It's a workout you'll want to come back to day after day

HOME BASED FITNESS PROGRAMS
Designed for anyone struggling with work/life balance, childcare etc. and can't make it to the gym or commit to regular sessions. Also for those who are daunted or put off by the gym environment. I am now offering a home based exercise program that you can complete in the privacy of your own home with the reassurance of regular contact and support throughout your fitness journey.

This program offers online training and support for anyone, from anywhere! So whether you are travelling for business, holidaying abroad or just prefer a remote form of training, I offer contact via multiple forms of media e.g. FaceTime, Instagram videos and Zoom etc. in order to provide a virtual training session.
